To mail letters or packages to Scouts at camp, please address as follows:
Scout Name / Session Dates (e.g., July 3-7) Camp Meriwether 17500 Cape Lookout Road Cloverdale, OR 97112
Be sure to mail the week with enough time for it to arrive while your Scouts are in camp. Any mail received after your departure will be returned to sender through the Post Office.
Incoming mail is sorted by troop and campsite can be picked up by Troop leadership from a mailbox in the Trading Post. Packages are picked up from the Trading Post counter.
Arrival day can be smooth and even enjoyable by planning your arrival for a specific time (of your choice). Learn more at the Arrival Schedule page.
We do not have sign-ups for Merit Badges either before or at camp, with two exceptions (more on that below). Learn more at the Merit Badges at Camp page.

<aside> 😎 Now Hiring Camp Staff for 2023! We are looking for a few great role models to serve as camp staff members! Leaders, please recommend to your Scouts that serving on camp staff is a great way to help others, and gives great work experience. More info here. We often have Scouts stay on as Staff In Training right after their week at camp, so be sure to consider Scouts who are at camp and might be great staffers…
