Camp Meriwether offers several different camp awards, namely:

• Honor Troop,
• Honor Patrol,
• the Vi et Consilio, and
• The Corps of Discovery award series.

The forms for each award can be found in the Scoutmaster Hallway . Any staff member may sign off on the requirements, though some require finding specific people. When completed, they can also be turned in at the Scoutmaster Hallway or at the camp office.

The Honor Troop and Patrol awards focus on getting the most out of the camp’s program as well as strengthening the Troop and the Patrol Method.

Youth and adults can both work toward earning the Vi et Consilio award, which is named after Meriwether Lewis’ family’s motto and has been around for about ninety years. This award focuses on exploring Camp Meriwether’s history and solving various riddles and puzzles.

Adult leaders can work toward the one of the four levels of the Corps of Discovery adult leader award, which aims to get adult leaders out of their campsite and exploring the camp and it’s programs.
