To help you plan for camp payments, here is the payment schedule for Scouts BSA camps:
At time of reservation or increasing youth count: $10 per youth.
By March 1: An additional $90 per youth is due, bringing the per youth total to $100 per youth. This payment is important as it continues to secure your youth count - otherwise we may need those slots for troops on the waiting list.
By June 1: Pay the balance for your youth fees to receive special trading post credits toward shirts, hats.
By two weeks prior to your start date: Full balance due.
Adult Fee: $211 (discounted to $203 for in-council troops). Adult fees are due upon arrival and are fully refundable if paid in advance. Part week leaders pay $40/night. Visitors pay $10/meal or $40/night.
Youth fees vary based on session; please see the full chart
Visitor Meal Fees: $10/meal or $40/night if staying overnight.
Saturday Arrival Fee: Early arrival is available for non-CPC troops that are traveling more than four hours or 250 miles and need to arrive early. The early arrival fee is $100 per troop. At this time, meal service is not available for early arriving troops and all program areas are closed until camp program begins on Sunday.
A few programs carry additional fees (this section to be updated for 2022)
It is recommended to bring an additional $50 to $100 per scout for purchasing items in the Trading Post such as t-shirts, toys, memorabilia, snacks, etc.
