Cancellations more than two weeks before your arrival will receive an automatic partial refund. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will not receive a refund unless:

• Their family moves out of council due to an unforeseen situation,
• There is a death or serious illness in the immediate family requiring their attendance,
• A scout becomes ill and cannot attend camp (cancellations due to chronic conditions may not meet the criteria), or
• A scout becomes ill while at camp and is sent home medical personnel. The scout shall be entitled to a pro-rated refund based on the fee minus the first and second payments.

If you believe you qualify, please fill out the Refund Request Form available at cpcbsa.org. The Camping Team handles refunds and approval. The $100 deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations beyond the criteria will still be responsible for the original fee.
