At 6am, camp staff will unlock the gate at the main parking lot. At that time, units are welcome to bring one vehicle into camp to load their gear following the guidelines described in Vehicles in Camp.

At 7:30am, the camp’s commissioners will begin making rounds to check your Troop out of your campsite. When checking out a campsite, the commissioners will walk around your campsite with your SPL(s) to ensure the following:

• All Troop gear has been removed, or at least placed near the entrance (if sharing your campsite with another Troop, let them know which areas you used; you are only responsible for the parts you occupied)
• All adirondaks/minidaks and the outhouse have been swept for dirt, litter, and gear (the minidak bunks flip up to make it easier to look for gear and litter)
• Your campsite is free of litter and ready for the next Troop’s arrival (as a general rule, if the commissioner finds five pieces of trash they will ask your Troop to litter sweep again)

Each commissioner will have three-four campsites assigned to them, so if you’re not ready when they arrive they move on and return later until all Troops have finished.
