Blackpug’s Parent Portal allows the registration contact to provide parents in your unit with access credentials so they can select classes, make payments, or complete data entry for their Scouts. The registration contact for the unit can decide whether to use Parent Portal or not. By using Parent Portal, you are shifting the data entry to the parents and may also allow parents to pay for their Scouts. Each parent will only be able to see their own Scout’s information. Parents with multiple children attending can have their access credentials combined into one.

The registration contact can enable all or just certain features as part of Parent Portal. By default, the Parent Portal is turned off. The unit and registration contact remain solely responsible for event registration, whether the Parent Portal is used or not.
