We schedule Troops to arrive as a whole group to smooth the check-in experience. If your Troop arrives without all of it vehicles, you will need to wait for the rest before proceeding to the parking lot. This means you get to park and head into camp much quicker than if everyone showed up at one time!
Arrival times can be through your registration in Blackpug. We also ask that you indicate in Blackpug whether or not your Troop is arriving by bus. We set arrival times for both Sunday- and Saturday-arrival Troops.
To help you arrive all at once, we strongly recommend Troops meet at a staging area, get organized, and leave together for the last few miles.
