The Hullabaloo song is an inter-campsite competition and longstanding Camp Meriwether tradition we do throughout the week during lunches. When you arrive on Sunday, you troop ranger will teach you your campsite’s verse. Then, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, a staff member will announce which campsites are competing during that meal time before the staff leads the whole camp through the chorus while running through the Dining Hall and generally causing a HULLABALOO! Each campsite will have a chance to sing their verse with the staff, and the loudest campsite will win 1000 hullabaloo points!

Every Friday, each troop will have a chance to use these hullabaloo points - which can also be accumulated throughout the week by participating in program, winning competitions, and doing good turns about camp - to vote for a staff member to be thrown into our lake in their full uniform!
