Email Updates List

The primary contact on the troop reservation will be included in any email notices regarding camp. If other leaders would like to also receive these notices, they can add their email address to the list by clicking here.

Mail Service

To mail letters or packages to Scouts at camp, please address as follows:

Scout Name / Troop Number / Session Dates (e.g., July 3-7) Camp Meriwether 17500 Cape Lookout Road Cloverdale, OR 97112

We advise using UPS or Fedex, as USPS may deliver packages to a separate location that could delay delivery.

📩 Be sure to mail the week ahead with enough time for it to arrive while your Scouts are in camp. Any mail received after your departure will be returned to sender through the Post Office.

Please include troop number with any mail you send.

Incoming mail is sorted by troop and campsite can be picked up by Troop leadership from a mailbox in the Trading Post. Packages are picked up from the Trading Post counter.

Pre-Camp Leader Meetings

Pre-Camp Leader Meetings

Camp Meriwether’s Pre-Camp Leader Meetings start Wednesday, May 31st and recur every Sunday at 7pm. During this meeting, we’ll share important information about our program, arrival procedures, and answer your questions. Please click the link above for the link and more information!

If you’ve attended a previous meeting and just need to set an arrival time or have a question answered, no need to stay for the full meeting - just join around 7:30pm.

Our council held a council-wide Pre-Camp Leader Meeting on Sunday, May 21st, at 7pm to help prepare your troop for your camp adventure by understanding the deadlines, leadership requirements, safety plans and more. Camp Meriwether is currently OPEN to allowing wood campfires in designated areas.

This may change at any moment so make sure to be prepared. Propane stoves and propane fire pits are allowed.
